Alcer is a disaster management and mitigation solutions for enterprises. Alcer is a mass notification solution which can send alerts to select user base with minimal effort, time and cost. User can also report for incidents with information on text, voice, videos so that admins of the enterprise will be instantly notified and they can take necessary action right away which helps on risk mitigation and fast recovery.

Login, register with different levels of power and responsibilities of user(super user, admin, user, department head)
can categories users base based on branchs and departments.
User can report incidents to head personal in case of disaster with attached information in form of text, voice, video
